Sapna - Physical Therapist

Sapna is a Southern California native and recently moved to Carlsbad after residing in the Bay Area for 12 years. She graduated from the University of Southern California in 2005 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and became certified in Pilates in 2009. She joins the Proactive team in Carlsbad to pursue her passion of providing the community with knowledge to better understand movement and postural awareness for injury prevention and overall improved quality of life. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, walking along the beach and rollerblading throughout the beautiful Carlsbad community.
